2024 TICKETS will be AVAILABLE by February 12, 2024

Ticket sales are limited to 250 and must be pre-purchased online. Weekend pass $80.00 per person.

Tickets are non-refundable.

To purchase your tickets email rallyinthebeavervalleyrbv@gmail.com and provide us with the following information:

* Name of each individual purchasing a ticket (all tickets must have correct names listed)

* Indicate if you are tent camping, RV’ing, motorhome, etc.

Payment details will then be emailed back to you. Once full payment is received ticket passes will be emailed, specific to each individual.

Print your tickets for submission upon entry. Alternatively, you can show a digital copy of your ticket with your name on your phone. If you forget your ticket and have no digital copy, photo ID will be required to confirm.

Once all 250 tickets are sold, no further weekend passes will be available – NO EXCEPTIONS.

This is a BYOB event, no purchase of alcohol is available onsite.

Camping is first come first service (sorry it is a logistical nightmare to manage). Space is limited so tents will be close together. Please welcome people to camp next to you. We do have overflow camping at the upper level of the campground.

Small dogs allowed, they must be leashed at all times and picked up after.
